nvset-195.36.15.pet contains the nvidia-settings tool for the nvidia video kernel module in Quirky 1.00.  It allows one to change settings (resolution, etc.) without having to stop xorg server.  The nvidia video kernel module and nvidia-settings is from the nvidia version 195.36.15 package.
